I recommend this therapy facility to all who need help with any kind of body problems. I started here just over a year ago barely able to walk. Had to have hip surgery which sei me back and hap problems following my hip surgery. I am now starting to ween off my walker and use a cane. My balance still needs some work but I have come a long way. I thank all the staff at benchmarks for their excellent care and being so friendly. I never felt uncomfortable at any time. The atmosphere is light so we do get to laugh and exchange words with other people. I found this facility to be awesome. Try them if needed. You will be glad you did.

Everyone at this location is AMAZING. Frank had a stroke in October of 2022 which left him non verbal & right side weak. The staff truly treats him with respect and dignity from the moment he walks through the door he is greeted by name( like everyone else) by his two favorite girls.Than Kaitlyn, Joshua, Taylor & Ryan who have gone above and beyond to help him get stronger mentally and physically, help ease his pain, relax the muscles and nerves so he can work on strengthening his muscles again. I have personally witnessed this staff help so many others in many ways. Holding the door open, greeting everyone with kindness and a smile, calling them a ride when needed and they even offered water or coffees Great job guys. We thank you

I just finished therapy. The staff is fantastic. The exercises effective. The therapists are caring and easy to get along with. They are compassionate and really concerned. All are great, but Kim and Kelly are my favorites. They make you laugh through the pain. Strongly recommend this therapy group.

This is by far the Best Physical Therapy Facility I’ve ever been to in the past 10 years. Every single person on their staff know you by name after your first visit. The most Professional & yet friendly & encouraging group I’ve ever been around. They genuinely care about your physical health. It’s like your own little “health care family” outside of your own family. Highly highly recommend.😊

My time spent at Benchmark Physical Therapy was great! All of the therapists and receptionists are wonderful. They are all very friendly and welcoming, you don't really feel like you're at a doctor's office so to speak. My sister went to them for both her knee surgeries, so when I had to have physical therapy for my heel and tendon, I chose Benchmark and was not disappointed at all. Everyone there cares about your progress and about you. If I ever need physical therapy again I will be sure to go back t Benchmark!

Benchmark Waycross is definitely the best in the business. From Dr. Woods all the way to the receptionist Ebony I received exceptional service. There's a family vibe in this office that makes the torture of physical therapy actually enjoyable (lol)!

BenchMark Physical Therapy in Waycross Ga I Highly recommend. The facility is clean. Everyone works there is knowledgeable and ready to provide you with the best recovery plan. Personal attention is always provided for each client. Loved it
